Gel X Extensions

Soft Gel Tips

Gel X uses full-coverage soft gel tips for a natural feel and beautiful finish. Art tiers add custom design work on top of the base application.

Studio Policies

What to
know

Please take a moment to review the studio policies below. These are in place to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for everyone.

Children & Guests

Non-patrons must wait in the lobby. Children 13 and younger must be accompanied by an adult at all times for safety reasons.

Cancellations & No Shows

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or no-shows, will incur a fee of 50% of the missed appointment service total.

Cancellations must be made via phone call to the front desk or by text to Lexi. Phone calls made directly to Lexi will be sent to voicemail.

Tardiness

Each appointment includes a 15-minute grace period. Beyond that, an additional $10 fee will be added to your appointment. Tardiness may impact last-minute adjustments to your service.

If tardiness exceeds 30 minutes, the appointment will be treated as a no-call no-show.

Rescheduling & Adjustments

All rescheduling and appointment adjustments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day appointments are not accepted.

Refunds

All fees and deposits are non-refundable. If you have a concern about your service, please reach out within 72 hours of your appointment.
